The International Leadership Coaching Academy (ILCA) was designed by an international faculty with the explicit goal of creating a high-quality coach training program for leadership coaches operating within local and global contexts.

The program has been designed to develop Leadership coaches adhering to the highest professional standards. Our training is closely aligned with the Coaching Core Competencies as identified by the International Coach Federation.

The Incorporation the ICF code of Ethics ensures the safe and professional conduct of our coaches at all times.

Successful graduates of our program can apply for ACC, PCC or MCC status with the ICF provided they have completed all other ICF credential requirements.
