Coaching practice: Working with voluntary learners and clients forms a key part of the learning journey. Application of theoretical learning, tools, frameworks and approaches builds the confidence and skills of our leadership coaches. A minimum requirement of 20 hours of practical coaching with 5 clients and reflective practice makes the practice element attainable, though we find that most participants soon exceed the requirements as they grow and learn.
Supervision: 4 group and 4 individual supervision sessions ensure that participants’ learning is developed with supportive professional backup, ensuring adherence to best practice and helping aspiring coaches accelerate their learning.
